Coming Soon: New LightBox Login

Access to RCM will soon be managed through a new, centralized LightBox login page starting mid-June to enhance security measures. Your username and password will remain the same, but your password manager may not autofill.

Tip: Check your saved passwords in your browser’s settings under “Passwords” or “Autofill.”

Version 25.2 was released on April 10, 2025 with the following updates:

• Added Medical Outpatient Buildings and Surgery Center to the list of healthcare asset types for more accurate deal categorization.
   
• Increased custom field limit to 50, added required field settings for templates, and improved API syncing and validation for smoother project setup.
   
• Insert custom tables into your Simple Landing Page executive summary.
   
• Enhanced RetrieveProject API with new fields and display states; added new GetBuyersCriteria API for deeper buyer insights.
   
• Introduced new privacy and permission settings to help control access to client data and email broadcast functionality.
   
• Added email validation on Agreement Page to ensure only verified users can complete agreements using unique links.
   
• Repositioned Industry Role filter on the Send Email screen to help users better understand and control their broadcast audience.
   
• Minor security enhancements.
